Giveaway Rules Official Rules for the Screen Sanctum Giveaways NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 1. Sponsor The Giveaway is sponsored by Screen Sanctum. 2. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the United States who are [18 years of age or older] as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. 3. Agreement to Official Rules By participating in the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. 4. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins at [Start Time, Time Zone] on [Start Date] and ends at [End Time, Time Zone] on [End Date] (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified. 5. How to Enter To enter, you must complete the entry form at https://www.screensanctum.com/giveaway. Limit one entry per person. All entries must comply with these Official Rules and be received by the Sponsor within the Giveaway Period to be eligible. 6. Winner Selection and Notification Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will occur on or about [Draw Date]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 7. Taxes All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 9. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 10. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. 11. Limitations of Liability Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 12. Disputes Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Los Angeles County, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. 13. Privacy Information collected from entrants will not be shared or sold.
